Getting to Know Each Other
Whether your project involves a kitchen or bath, new construction or remodel, we want to give you enough time to see if we have a good “fit”. What does this mean?? We will come out to your home to meet you, and the patient, take measurements and photos. We listen to your hopes, frustrations and fears.
Brainstorming
We then, in a week or 2 usually, have you in to our studio to “till the soil” and look at multiple design schemes that we have come up with and then engage you in brainstorming so that we can get your ideas in the mix .
We very likely will have selected one plan to price out cabinets and counters and then talk about general construction costs as well. We hope this process will arm you with enough information to decide if you want to work with us or not. All this we will do at no obligation to you!!
If you are building new we have you come in with your ideas and drawings so that we can have you come in to go through the same process we do with remodeling. Again, at no obligation to you.
Working Together
If you decide to move forward we take a design retainer that allows us the staff time to advance your project. In the case of kitchens this retainer gets credited to the cost of your cabinets . Often with bathrooms and other areas with little cabinetry, the retainer is credited against the cost of design time.
